1. Eligibility for Returns
- Returns are accepted within 7 days from the date you receive your order.
- Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.
- Due to the perishable nature of coffee beans and ground coffee, we cannot accept returns on opened coffee products unless there is a quality defect.
2. Non-Returnable Items
- Perishable goods (e.g., opened coffee beans, ground coffee, fresh-brew products).
- Items purchased during clearance sales (unless defective).
- Gift cards and promotional vouchers.
3. Refund Process
- Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the refund approval or rejection.
- Approved refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days via your original payment method.
4. Defective or Damaged Items
If you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact us within 48 hours with proof (photo/video). We will arrange for a replacement or refund.
